When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Our average processing time is 3-4 business days. Please note that during periods of high volume, it will take longer (sales, major promotions, Friends & Family, during the holidays, etc.) 


When Will My Order Be Delivered?

Once processed, orders are shipped via Standard Ground (unless an expedited service is chosen). Standard Ground is delivered within 3-5 business days to most U.S. locations; however, we've found that orders will arrive even sooner than that.

 

How Can I Track My Order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email might wind up in your spam email folder, so be sure to add vineyard vines to your safe list.


Can I Change My Order After It's Placed?

Also, we are unable to make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted. We may still be able to help, though! Just give us a call at 843-353-7715!


Why Is My Order Being Shipped In Multiple Shipments?
You may have ordered a number of items that don't fit into one box, or we are shipping your item from one of our store locations. You will receive an email with a tracking number and item list for each of your packages.

 

Return Policy

Items should be returned new, unused and with the garment tags still attached. Any personalized, monogrammed, altered or customized product is not eligible for return or exchange. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.

Full-priced items with proof of purchase may be returned within 60 days for a full refund or store credit.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

When returning your item(s), providing your receipt or order number helps us to locate your purchase. If you return your items without a receipt, we will need additional information to help you with your return. Please note this may add additional time for us to process your return.
